60-mins| This session is for new clients who wish to explore their current health status, discuss wellness goals, and design a personalized plan to align their mind, body, and spirit.

Comprehensive Health History & Wellness Goals: Begin by reviewing your health history, current lifestyle, and overall wellness goals. This helps guide the structure of your tailored sessions.


Ayurvedic Dosha Assessment: Discover your unique body constitution (dosha) to understand how your energy, digestion, and emotional well-being are interrelated. This forms the foundation for personalized Ayurvedic nutritional and lifestyle recommendations.


Energy Assessment: Evaluate your energy levels, stress patterns, and emotional well-being to pinpoint any imbalances or areas needing attention.


Body Assessment: A holistic evaluation of posture, strength, flexibility, breath, and medical history to identify imbalances and guide personalized wellness practices.

A quick reset to balance energy, mind, and body. This appointment focues on intention setting and reflection. This a great option for those with limited availability or those wanting a quick check-in or quick adjustment.

Energy Balancer| $75

A comprehensive session that focuses on profound healing, energy alignment, and mindful nourishment. Ideal for clients looking for a full-body experience that integrates multiple modalities.


Sessions are tailored to the client's specific needs but may include:


Yoga Nidra for Deep Healing & Nourishment: Experience a yoga nidra session (guided meditation) to facilitate deep relaxation, enhance the flow of prana (life force energy), and restore balance.



Holistic Body Treatment & Reiki Integration: Enhance Reiki energy work with gentle stretching. This treatment helps release tension and energetic blockages, fostering a deeper connection between body, mind, and spirit.


Prana Practices: Discover how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine, supported by Ayurvedic principles, to restore balance and promote overall well-being.

Energy Renewal |$110

A comprehensive session that focuses on profound healing, energy alignment, and mindful nourishment. Ideal for clients looking for a full-body experience that integrates multiple modalities.


Sessions are tailored to the client's specific needs but may include:


Energy Analysis & Guidance: Receive a detailed energy field analysis, identifying any blockages or imbalances.



Yoga & Meditation for Deep Healing: Longer sessions of restorative yoga, Nidra, or meditation to facilitate deep relaxation, enhance the flow of prana (life force energy), and restore balance. 



Holistic Body Treatment & Reiki Integration: Complement Reiki energy work with gentle stretching and/or yoga flow. This treatment helps release tension and energetic blockages.



Prana Practices: Reflect and discuss what you have been consuming and its effect on you currently. Cover any questions and concerns.

Mindful Movement| $11

Join a weekly 1-hr group yoga session where the focus is the mind-body-spirit connection, understanding how you are feeling in your body, learning to be present and take up space.*
